ACT celebrated its first gala on May 5, 2017 where over 200 supporters gathered at the prestigious Viñoly home in Ridgefield, CT for an evening of fundraising and entertainment. Guests enjoyed musical performances by Broadway stars Aaron Tveit, Lindsay Mendez, Kara Lindsay, and Juliet Lambert Pratt, and perhaps the most exciting appearance came from the legendary Stephen Schwartz! ACT founders, Katie Diamond, Daniel C. Levine, and Bryan Perri founded the organization with a vision to provide their community with the one piece of the arts “puzzle” that is currently missing: a professional theatre offering self-produced, limited engagement runs using Broadway and professional talent. The funds raised at the gala will go towards implementing ACT educational programs and renovating ACT’s new home at the old Schlumberger site in Ridgefield.
