Amber Voeller

Acting Teacher

Amber is an actress, singer, and theatre educator based in New York City. A graduate of Huntington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance, Amber has spent more than a decade performing in regional theatres and productions across New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, Orlando, and beyond. She is passionate about bringing honesty, heart, and curiosity to every role she plays and is continually inspired by the power of live theatre to connect people through storytelling. Her career as an educator started in 2017 in Southern China, performing and teaching theatre for English integration camps. She has now taught and directed shows for children across regional theatres and public schools throughout the U.S., such as Mean Girls, Suessical, Shrek, and Frozen. Companies include Playhouse Studio LLC, Drama Kids International, Roanoke City Public Schools, Beverly Arts Center of Chicago, Mill Mountain Repertory Theatre, Arts Ignite NYC, New York City Public Schools, and, of course, A.C.T. OF CT.  She is dedicated to helping students build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of the arts.
