A.C.T. of CT presentsSummer Teen Conservatory
July 6 - 18, 2026
Grades 8-12 (incoming)
A.C.T. of CT’s Summer Teen Performance Conservatory offers middle and high school performers (incoming 8th through 12th graders) a dynamic, multi-week musical theatre intensive culminating in a fully staged production on A.C.T. of CT’s professional mainstage. The final performance incorporates full lighting, sound, and technical elements, providing participants with a true professional production experience.
This program is an exciting opportunity for a select group of teen actors to work directly with A.C.T. of CT Artistic Director, Daniel C. Levine, to develop, rehearse, and perform an original musical theatre piece created specifically for that year’s cast. Through this collaborative and creative process, the material is shaped around the unique strengths, voices, and talents of the performers involved.
Designed as an immersive and artist-driven experience, the Conservatory allows each cast member to be prominently featured while contributing meaningfully to the development of a brand-new work.
This is an audition-based program, and enrollment is limited to ensure a focused, high-level training environment.
