When we got there, and she saw all these faces she didn’t really know, she didn’t want me to leave. When I took her into the theatre, we were greeted by one of your interns. I told her that my daughter was nervous and her response was “you’re in the theatre! It’s a safe space here!” I knew she was in good hands. She absolutely loved the program, as well as everyone who was involved. To see the progress she made in just two short weeks was astounding. I was so impressed by the way you all ran the program, and by the production you ended up putting on. It was a fantastic show, and the kids looked like they were both having a great time, and doing a professional job. We are so grateful to have ACT of CT in our community - not just for the incredible theatre we get to see every year, but for the amazing opportunities for our children.
