  • A.C.T. of CT is located at 36 Old Quarry Road in Ridgefield. Click here to get directions.

  • From Grand Central Station, take the Harlem Line to the Katonah station.

    Taxis are generally available at the station for the 25-minute ride to the theatre.

    To return to the Katonah station, you should make arrangements for an Uber in advance as it may take up to 20 minutes for them to arrive. 

  • Out parking lot is directly in front of theater, with an overflow parking in the back of theater. Arrive early to enjoy concessions in the lobby.

Code of Conduct

At A.C.T. of CT, we aim to create a memorable theatre experience for all by fostering a welcoming environment free of harassment and discrimination. Please follow our code of conduct so every patron can fully enjoy the performance.

 

  • Dress comfortably and respectfully.

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes early to enjoy beverage service and take a look at our past performances.

  • No food or drink is permitted in the theater unless in an A.C.T. souvenir cup.

  • Visit the restroom prior to the performance or during intermission.

  • Please silence your cell phones and refrain from talking.

  • Be mindful of your neighbors by staying seated for the duration of the performance.

  • Recording of any kind is prohibited.

  • Yes. Several seats can be removed to accommodate wheelchairs. Please call the box office (475-215-5497) for more information and/or to have a seat removed. A limited number of wheelchairs seats are available online for purchase.

  • Lobby opens 1 hour before show. House (auditorium) opens 30 min before show.

  • Yes. The facility fee is $2/ticket and the credit card / processing fees are $6/ticket ($5/ticket for season subscribers).

  • No refunds for single tickets. Season Subscribers receive one complimentary exchange of their tickets to another performance (of the same show) for each of our mainstage productions.

  • All performances start promptly. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may be seated in locations other than those for which they hold tickets. Patrons arriving 15 minutes after the beginning of a performance will not be seated until after intermission.

  • A.C.T. of CT is delighted to offer our beautiful venue for private rentals such as holiday gatherings and corporate events! Our facility is perfectly suited for an upscale event or a small to medium sized conference, with both social / lounge space and the full theatre space available for use.
