Late Seating Policy
All performances start promptly. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may be seated in locations other than those for which they hold tickets. Patrons arriving 20 minutes after the beginning of a performance will not be seated until after intermission.
Children Seating Policy
Babes in laps are not allowed. All children, no matter their age, are required to have a ticket in order to be allowed in the auditorium. Children must be at least four (4) years old to attend MainStage productions. Please refer to specific production ratings to determine if a show is appropriate for your child. Booster seats are available in the auditorium.

Please note there are no refunds on class or show ticket purchases. All sales are final and non-transferrable.
GROUP SALES POLICY
A 10% group sales discount is automatically applied to a purchase of ten or more tickets. Group leaders are responsible for the distribution of tickets to group members. All sales are final and non-transferrable.
Please note ticket exchanges may be requested up to 48 hours prior to a performance. Patrons will be charged an exchange fee that is equal to 10% of the face value of the ticket.
Season subscribers may exchange tickets at no cost one time per production. Subsequent exchanges will result in an exchange fee that is equal to 10% of the face value of the ticket.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel a show due to inclement weather, the cancellation will occur no later than 4 hours prior to the performance.
If available, tickets for the canceled performance will be exchanged, at no additional cost, for seats of a similar value for another performance of the same production. Patrons are responsible for any cost differential for seat upgrades.
Patrons may also request a gift card for the original ticket value or convert the value of the ticket purchase to a donation, whereby a gift letter will be sent for tax purposes.
If ACT runs a show that you cannot attend due to inclement weather, you may exchange your ticket for a future performance of the same production, subject to availability and an exchange fee.
